Üllo Pure Wine Spritz
You may have heard that here at Üllo we're a fan of enjoying things in their pure form - hint hint our favorite is Pure wine! ;) While we believe pure wine is the best wine that doesn't mean it has to be enjoyed by itself. In fact, sometimes we believe the purest expression of a product is when it's a combined with others, which is why we want to share our Pure Wine Aperol Spritz! Combining, equal parts purified pinot grigio, Aperol, and grapefruit soda this cocktail is pure deliciousness and pure fun. Go ahead and pull a cork and enjoying our team's favorite way to kick off the weekend and the Fall season.
Üllo 5 oz (150 mL) of Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc with new Single Glass Selective Sulfite Capture™ filter. Fill glass with ice, and top with 5 oz each of Aperol® and grapefruit soda. Stir to mix, garnish with fresh citrus and mint, and enjoy!
