Return Policy


If you purchased an Üllo product directly from www.ullowine.com and are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the shipping date.

In order to initiate a return, please contact Customer Service through www.ullowine.com to receive a return authorization (RA) number. We will reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned Üllo products no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products as noted by the RMA. Üllo cannot reimburse for original or return shipping charges.

Items must be returned in their original condition and must include all original packaging and accessories.  Üllo is not responsible for return items which become lost in transit.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any purchased Sulfite filters. They are non-returnable and no refunds will be given.

If you purchased your Üllo product from a retailer or received it as a gift, the item must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy information. 


Üllo warrants that all our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. We will, at our option, repair or replace any product that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use and following Üllo care instructions. Üllo may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date.

Üllo’s warranty does not cover wine used in conjunction with operation of the product(s).

If you experience any problems with your Üllo products, please contact Customer Service through www.ullowine.com Upon confirmation and approval of your warranty claim, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product.
