Return Policy

RETURNS, 30-DAY GUARANTEE, & CANCELLATIONS

Returns:

If you purchased an Üllo product directly from www.ullowine.com and are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the shipping date.

To initiate a return, please request a return authorization (RA) number from Üllo Customer Service. Üllo will reimburse you for the purchase price of the returned products no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the receipt of the returned products. (Please note: Üllo cannot reimburse for original shipping paid, return shipping charges, or any paid duties, customs, brokerage fees, or VAT. Üllo cannot issue refunds for failure to pay duties and taxes.)

Refunds will only be issued for items returned (i) in their original condition and (ii) including all original packaging and accessories. Üllo is not responsible for return items which become lost in transit.

lease note that Üllo is unable to accept returns for any purchased Sulfite filters. They are non-returnable and no refunds will be given.

If you purchased your Üllo product from a retailer or received it as a gift, the item must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy information.

Cancellations:

Orders that ship in accordance with Üllo’s shipping policy may be cancelled before delivery of the order is confirmed1. If necessary, these orders will be provided a return shipping label to mail back to Üllo. All refunds will be processed less a $15.00 restocking and refurbishment fee once the product returns to Üllo.

1All International orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

 

Warranty

Üllo warrants that all our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. We will, at our option, repair or replace any product that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use and following Üllo care instructions. Üllo may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date.

Üllo’s warranty does not cover wine used in conjunction with operation of the product(s).

If you experience any problems with your Üllo products, please contact Customer Service through www.ullowine.com Upon confirmation and approval of your warranty claim, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product.
