Ten years ago, Üllo began with a simple but radical idea: wine should be enjoyed the way the winemaker intended, pure, natural, and free from the harsh side effects of added sulfites. That idea sparked a movement.
What started in 2015 as a passion project by chemist and wine lover James Kornacki, Ph.D., became a reality thanks to over 2,000 backers on Kickstarter who believed in the vision. With $250,000 pledged, the journey to purify wine—and the way we enjoy it—officially began.
Today, we’re proud to say: Üllo has helped purify over 40 million glasses of wine around the world. And we’re just getting started.
