Very hard to open and filters can’t be returned
"I purchased this filter trying to replace mine from a different brand. I tried everything to open the wine filter and it is extremely hard to do it. Contacted customer service through their website and no response. I saw on the site that filters can’t be returned. I purchased a box of filters as I did not know the wine filter was impossible to open. The video looks very easy to do. I do not recommend this product or company."
